Questions before you switch
Can I bring my customers and recurring schedules over?
Yes. Import customers, properties, recurring schedules and notes from Launch27, BookingKoala, ZenMaid or Jobber exports, or from any CSV file where you match the columns yourself.
Will the price on my form always match what the customer is charged?
Yes. The form and our server run the same pricing code, and the server checks the price again when the booking is submitted. The booking keeps the price and the rules that produced it.
Does the booking form work inside Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Booking and payment finish inside the form even when the browser blocks third-party cookies, including the Facebook and Instagram in-app browsers, Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
What happens when I change my prices?
New prices apply to new bookings. For recurring customers you choose whether future visits change, and you see who is affected and their new totals before anything is sent. Visits already charged never change.
Is the cleaner app available in Spanish?
Yes. Each cleaner picks English or Spanish. The app installs from the browser, works on low-cost Android phones and keeps today's and tomorrow's jobs available without a signal.
Which countries do you support?
Bookleen launches in the United States, with US sales tax and US text message registration built into setup. The UK and Canada come next.
